Hi there, all the way from the Netherlands, Europe!
I spend a lot of time alone at home and I was very pleased to find out that I could listen to christian radio through the internet! I keep WOAK running for most afternoon while doing the housekeeping etc. and pick up on bible messages in the mean time! Since I don't attend church this is a great way to hear daily/weekly sermons! I HAVE BEEN A MISSIONARY FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS IN THE COUNTRY OF BELGIUM. I HAVE REALLY WANTED TO HAVE SOME GOOD COUNTRY, GOSPEL MUSIC FROM THE U.S.A. FOR YEARS. NOW THAT I HAVE DOWN LOADED MEDIA PLAYER 11 I CAN NOW LISTEN TO AS MUCH AS I WANT TO. IT IS SUCH A JOY FOR ME TO HAVE THIS OPPERTUNITY TO WORK FOR THE LORD HERE AND TO HAVE MUSIC THAT I LOVE. THE GOOD OLD GOSPEL THAT IS NOT IN ANY WAY THE HIP HOP OR THE RAP STUFF.
I AM ALMOST 60 NOW AND REMEMBER THE GOOD OLD DAYS. BUT AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FUTURE OF THE PART THAT BELGIUM WILL PLAY IN THE FUTURE OF JESUS IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD.
WE TRAVEL ALOT AND PREACH AND SET UP CHURCHES ALL OVER BELGIUM AND HAVE ACTED AS AN ADVISOR TO OTHER PASTORS IN BELGIUM AND FRANCE.

I learned about WOAK from the station manager Rick during a contact on an Amateur Radio Repeater here in Sarasota FL. I started listening on the internet and have tuned in often. I am blessed by the ministry of this station.
